FAQs – Returns, Exchanges, Shipping & Other Common Questions

1. What is your return policy for purchases made on magpiedrygoods.com?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 10 days of the order ship date (the day on which the shipping notice is emailed to you). The MAGPIE warehouse must receive returns within 10 days of shipping. Customers who return their items after 10 days will receive a refund in the form of store credit. Since MAGPIE is a small company with one-of-a-kind pieces, we ask that our customers adhere to this policy so we can sell to others who are interested in your item!

All items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees. Unfortunately, MAGPIE cannot cover the cost of returns.

The returned item must be in its original condition: it must be unused and it cannot be damaged or altered in any way. Original tags must be attached. IT MUST ARRIVE WITH THE ORDER RECEIPT AND IN THE ORIGINAL POLY BAG PROVIDED IN THE SHIPMENT.

MAGPIE is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

If items are returned to the corporate office instead of the warehouse, customer will incur a $20 restocking fee.

Please allow approximately 2 weeks to see a refund to your account.

2. What is the exchange policy?

MAGPIE does not have a formal exchange process. If you would like to exchange a product, please adhere to the standard MAGPIE return guidelines and then kindly place an order for your preferred product.

Unfortunately, MAGPIE cannot cover the cost of returns.  All items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.


3. Do you ship outside of the United States?

Let us know what you need and we will make every effort to accommodate you.


4. How do you ship and when will my order arrive?

Since MAGPIE is a small company, handling time could take 1-2 business days. We ship using Priority Mail via USPS out of New York. Once an order is shipped, it should take 2-3 business days. MAGPIE is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.


5. Do you offer customization services?

Not at this time.
